Bring on the snow..

Can we say claustrophobic!! No wonder my lungs have been hurting the past few days. I know some people aren't glad for it but I am very glad for the snow. Let it snow!!!!

2009 Halloween party

Well, we had our annual family Halloween party last night and it was fun. This year Gaelynn decided to have everyone bring a pine wood derby car and we had races. I had what I called, the "butt ugly quilt block" since I just put the wheels on the block and mod podged some fabric on it. Surprisingly it did pretty well.

Craig, Lynette, Nicole and Max's time was short lived since Max ran right into a metal chaulk board and split his head open. 3 stitches later, he is doing fine. Here are a few pictures from the party.

My quilt class I am teaching for Riverton Community Ed started on Thursday and I have 7 ladies enrolled. It was a lot of fun and I hope they think so at the end. I was at work today and a lady comes in to the training room and says "Shauna, do you remember me from last night?" Holy cow, one of the 7 girls in my class works at DMBA. It truely is a small world.
