BL Goal week#2:


My goal for week 2 is to stay in my Weight Watcher point range each day and exercise at least 4 times this week... baby steps...

You go, girl!!! I have plans for the new year too! Isn't it amazing that we have literal power to change ourselves, physically, spiritually and mentally?! I am hoping to be more aware of the things I can control. (Like excersize!)
