BL week 3 goal-

I really wish I had happy feet so walking wasnt such a pain for me. It isnt my feet that hurt so much as the back sides of my ankles. Anyone have suggestions on what I can do?? I look like a weirdo when I get up from walking because they stiffen up and I can hardly walk.

Complaining aside, my goal this week is to walk every day and eat more veggies.
