Longing to be out east..

I dont know why but this time of year has me longing to be in New England.  Maybe it is the leaves changing but those little towns with a church steeple sticking out and just a few houses in the country are calling my name.  I have had the opportunity on a few occassions to go to New York at this time of year and visit my best friend that used to live there.  We went to a little town and picked apples.  soooo much fun!!
At Christmas time i want to climb into a Currier and Ives picture.  Wouldnt that be fun?!!!
